can anyone tell me anything about japanese china particularly samurai ware and dragon ware?
I inherited two teasets from my grandmother when she died and these were bought for her as wedding presents in the early thirties by her brothers from oversea's (they were in the navy)
i would like to know more about the sets as i cannot find anything on here at present
the dragonware set has a ladies face made into the base of the cup visible when you hold the cup up to the light
the samurai ware set stiill has the original paper seal with it
China is full of a lot of communists that hate Americans.
Japan was the same way until we dropped 2 nukes on them.
