When should I put a bag over my corn tassels to catch the pollen and then put the bag over the silks?
I'm not really sure what you are planning on doing since this would occur naturally without any help. However to answer your question, when the pollen is ready, it comes off the tassels looking like a powder or dust. When that happens would be the time to collect the pollen.
